Out of stock

Three-part course for meets via Zoom on Mondays Feb 21 through March7, 2022 from 2-4 pm.

Cost includes the Zoom sessions, a PDF pattern, and unlimited access to video tutorials.  Students supply their own materials in this class.  Suggested materials:

Size Q crochet hook (yes, it’s big!).  If you need one, find it in our e-store here

A fabric scissors

Sheets you are ready to rip and tear (any colors you like).  2 large or 3-4 smaller flannel sheets OR 4 large or 5 smaller regular sheets work well for one basket.

Description and Objectives:

Love repurposing items into something useful?  Then this project is perfect!  Use it to store yarn, haul laundry, organize projects, and so much more.  They’re durable and washable.  Once you learn this technique, no rag sheets will be safe!  This course works well for beginner as well as experienced crocheters.  We’ll use simple stitches–chain and single crochet–but HOW we use them transforms fabric strips into a colorful, delightful, and durable basket.  There will be some homework between sessions, and you are welcome to make as many baskets during the course as you like.

After registration, you will receive the Zoom Meeting invitation links. Keep these in a safe place, as you’ll use this link for all 3 sessions. Unless you are ordering a crochet hook or other items, you can select “no pickup/ship required” in checkout.

I look forward to sharing this class with you!
