6-7 different veggies, fruits, and herbs with seasonal variations plus a sustainable protein source from our farm. This could include eggs, cheese, a cut of meat, etc. Shares include fresh veggies, fresh or frozen fruits, and delicious greens from our aquaponics greenhouse. A variety of pickup and delivery options available.

We understand that things may come up in your schedule, so keep us posted at least one week ahead of your pickup if adjustments are necessary. Adjusting options include picking up at another location or doubling up on a week and skipping the week you are gone. Alternately, some folks have a friend or family member pick up their share while they are gone or ask us to donate it to a family in need.
