This delicious roast from our Kunekune pigs comes from the “ham” part of their leg but is not smoked. Excellent for pulled pork or roasting. Exact sizes will vary, but this size will be between 4 and 5 lbs. Includes leg bone, which means more flavor!

The arrangement is much like conducting an orchestra, bringing specific animals to specific parts of the farm at certain times for the best utilization of each species’ grazing style. We select heritage breeds of sheep, pigs, and poultry for their heartiness and natural grazing abilities.
