Made by Blue Farm in Janesville Wisconsin. Organic blue corn, which is 20% higher in protein than yellow corn and has a more robust corn flavor. Not overly salty, great flavor and texture. A family favorite. Pairs great with the Salsa Lisa. Comes in a 16 oz. bag.
