Beautiful Cornish Cross chicken raised on pasture and processed right here on our farm. Dressed and ready for roasting or on the grill! We recommend  roasting them upside down as the natural fat in on the back of the birds, stuffed with apples and lemons. Flip for the last half hour for crispy breast skin.
