5-Course Catering at the Farmstead Table

For our 2017 summer season, Chef Christopher Ray of 5-Course Catering will be at Farmstead, busy in the kitchen.  When culinary artistry meets high quality ingredients, it's a feast for all the senses.  Join us during our Chef's Table Fridays series or pick up some of the 5-Course Catering ready-to-eat and heat-and-eat home meal options prepared right here for you!  This partnership is taking food at Farmstead to a whole new culinary level.

Chef's Table Fridays

From 4 to 8 pm on seasonal Fridays (check the events calendar for exact dates), Chef Ray will be offering an a-la-carte menu that changes weekly, based on what's fresh and in-season on the farm.  Served in our cozy Farmstead atmosphere, it's the best of farm-to-table, enjoyed right on the farm!  Reservations requested, please call 715-462-3453.

Chef-Prepared Foods to Enjoy at Home

New this year, Chef Ray is utilizing ingredients right from our farm to prepare foods ready for you to enjoy at your home or cabin.  Sometimes you don't feel like cooking, but not like eating out either.  We understand!  Now you can pick up delicious salads, soups, and entrees made right here on the farm by a nationally known chef.  Delicious, healthy choices for the fridge or freezer, ready for you to enjoy!
